Potsdam ist die Hauptstadt des deutschen Bundeslandes Brandenburg. Potsdam hat ca. 140.000 Einwohner und erstreckt sich über 100 Quadratkilometer, außerdem verfügt die Stadt über sechs normalspurige Straßenbahnlinien und eine Expresslinie mit einer Streckenlänge von 29,8 km. Diese werden von den Verkehrsbetrieben Potsdam (ViP) betrieben.
Insgesamt 32 Potsdamer KT4D fanden im rumänischen Ploiesti eine neue Heimat, weiter 7 im ungarischen Szeged. Die Bilder stammen v.a. aus den Jahren 2001 und 2004, letzgenannte aus der Zeit der Combinokrise.

Potsdam is the capital of the german state of Brandenburg and has. approx. 140.000 inhabitants. It covers an aerea of about 100 squarekilometers and has six normal gauge tramway lines and one express line for peak times and a length of the network of 29.8 km.
Some 32 KT4D trams found a new home in Ploiesti / Romania, further 7 in the hungarian town of Szeged. Pics are mainly from 2001 and 2004, the last mentioned from the time of the Combino crisis.
